Our Culture
We love the culture we have created at Britt Land. As a team we defend our culture as peaceful warriors and live it bottom up and top down…it starts and ends with each of us. The foundation of our culture is built from our core values which are the place we operate from and translate into the daily behaviours we want to see from our people. It is first and foremost about how we carry ourselves, choose to treat each other and then about customer centric joint performance.

Core Values are so often seen as a sales piece. A conversation topic for clients to let them know how ‘trendy’ and ‘engaged’ a company is with its staff. But how often do staff actually see the trickle down of appreciation? “If you stop caring about your team as individuals, why should they start caring about the business?”
My favourite aspect of Britt Land is the encouragement and advocacy of important aspects such as employee engagement and growth.
